The staff was good, kind, and responded promptly to requests. Had tidy superior twin room with good facilities, netflix hot chocolate plus bathroom.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Thanks for the really good stay for one night. For breakfast they offer coffee, tea, and toast in the bar. The location is incredible, adjacent to a light and sunny restaurant, and pub which was well cooked, we enjoyed it. Also, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Saint Michael's Church.

The location was great and the free parking was nearby. Really enjoyed the beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The staff were all lovely, excellent service. Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Thorpe-le-Soken.

Excellent location next to a pub, and bar/restaurant and pleasant staff. One of the best full English breakfasts with lovely staff-excellent chef.

Coffee, tea, and toast in the bar were excellent. The hotel had indeed a lovely location close to the Harwich international harbour where we had to catch an early morning ferry.

The rooms were high standard & lovely modern with a comfortable bed. The breakfasts were always plentiful with lovely staff-excellent chef.

Its location is marvellous, close to pub which was well cooked and reasonably priced, the Harwich-Hoek van Holland ferry and back garden. The superior queen room is stylish with 2 single beds, stylish bedroom, as for instance. Everyone who works in the hotel is very nice and exceptional.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful with lovely staff-excellent chef and attention to detail.

Incredible central location next to the pub downstairs, nice walking trails in the area and the Harwich-Hoek van Holland ferry.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The en-suite bathroom was modern and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The location was great, with a welcoming bar and a nice garden at the back. I also enjoyed the delicious fish and chips that were served at the pub.

The road-facing rooms were quite noisy due to traffic. The beds in the twin room were too small for two adults.

The staff were attentive and efficient. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was lovely. Exceptional services were available.

Magnificent and ideal location, super close to the coast. A lot of options for breakfast, fab toast and cereal.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and magnificent, to all local areas. I loved excellent food. Amiable staff that liked their guests.
